Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears dull tan sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. Her hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Armorer. She tends to her Armorer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: To be a Carter again.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He carries a battered shortspear and tarnished longsword as well. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born in a small desert village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. Her auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Jarana is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Jarana was born the youngest of three triplets. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Jarana took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She became a Marshal soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to clean up the streets

Description: She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her red hair is still thick. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Markosian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Markosian. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
