History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Varis began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed morningstar, just in case. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He has brown eyes and a white hat with a black feather.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Enialis will drive conversation. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are likewise silver. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She hates Tieflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Emeny hails from a village terrorized by drow. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emeny fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and many drow want her driven away
