History: Born in the west to a Apothecary, Nedda learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Gardener, but she got bored and became a Apothecary. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nedda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Himo was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Himo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Himo. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
