Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. Portia is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Portia grew up listening to her father's many stories. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Laucian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
