History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair is silver and very short. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Banker. His head has been shaved. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She likes to wear grey tank tops with tan skirt. Her moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Katherine was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often
