Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has worked as a Guard like his father before him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
