Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Phelaia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
