Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, white shirt, and pastel tie. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is an amazing painter.

History: The child of a Barrister, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a black scarf. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Ernest was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently the stress of being a Body Guard has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy purple stubble. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a hunchback. His purple hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Vassago speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bowyer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Harvest was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
