History: Gûnd was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gûnd grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gûnd. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Slave Trader.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Slave Trader responsibilities is difficult; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Aline has worked very hard to control her curse. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.
