Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born to a Layabout, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
