History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. After a long history of fighting, Rangrim and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is her passion

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Zepar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has achieved small success as a Barkeep.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
