History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Ulla reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: Astaro is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She became a Hunter soon after.
