Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. She tends to her Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and his gloved hand is found clutching a rapier. He has wavy golden hair. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Warryn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Warryn. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Wiggan was born with his father's beautiful face. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
