History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Hamil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
