History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mindartis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Gardener for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Burana hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Barber; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Gale was born with his mother's beautiful face. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
