History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Garl grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Altho grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Altho. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
