History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nim. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.

History: Valanthe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bather, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mercenary. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he's looking for his big break
