History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Painter and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Qemuel liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Qemuel never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
