Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Interpreter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Varis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Bounty Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has worked as a Junk Dealer like her father before her.

Motivation: To be a Bowyer again; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
