History: He was born in the east. A freak accident while working with his Armorer father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ur-Lasu was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born in the north. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Interpreter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
