Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Mercenary, but he got bored and became a Knight. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Alain hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.
