History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She tends to her Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He stands about 4'7" and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
