Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Qualen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Qualen hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Qualen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Barkeep, but he got bored and became a Herbalist. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: 5'5" and muscular, this eastern man is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are silver.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Xappan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this southern woman wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a black coat. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He got into the Sculptor business at a young age. Seven was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
