History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zephan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zephan. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: An older woman who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it, she is not a threatening figure. Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Arara took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
