History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Gifted from a young age, Criella studied abroad. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to share knowledge with the world

Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Laborer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
