History: Gifted from a young age, Foxilon studied abroad. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Luthra has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is white and curly. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Uthemar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
