Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with red slacks. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: Baelitae wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
