History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Detective. She's also a talented Baker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Baker again; and balancing her hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Paela was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Knight soon after.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a map maker and was forced into it by her family
