Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zook fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bricklayer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. He has moderate length red hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears professional attire. She sports a flattop hair cut. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she feels kind of lost in life
