History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born into a rich family. Flame liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flame fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nelkin embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.
