Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. His hair is long and brown with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. A true patriot, Robert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is short and silver. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her youth she was a Engraver, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Kûga lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to work out more often

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'9". She wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a crossbow on her belt. She has dyed her greying brown fur a little too much giving a sharp brown color. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Tree hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in crossbow use. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Revenge; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Engraver for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
