Description: She is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'1" when asserting herself. She has dyed her greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Phelaia hails from a village terrorized by giants. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Painter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: She prefers to wear blue clothing when she does not wear armor. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Irann was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Irann's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bather business.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Engong was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Bather. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He is physically well-built. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: Drogo is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Krimmon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent mother
