History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Ulla was born with her father's beautiful face. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Ulla and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is fixated on the number 77. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

History: Thodris was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
