History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Baker, and she later adopted a second daughter.
