History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bethrynna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Bethrynna was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bethrynna decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bricklayer responsibilities is difficult.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
