History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tana. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Painter. She tends to her Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cumpen grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
