Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her longsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. Her golden hair, when down, is lengthy. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mumpena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mumpena. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Carter. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His hair is short and auburn. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has wavy white hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
