History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Hlin was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hlin's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hlin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Moon has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and many orcs want her driven away

History: Born to a Adventurer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Bella's homeland. Bella decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Antinua fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
