History: Born in the east to a Soapmaker, Mardnab learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Soapmaker and occasionally as a mercenary.

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Dabbledob was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Gnome Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. She has amber eyes and a brown hat with a tan feather.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
