History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tagga studied abroad. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
