History: Born to a Cartwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Medrash alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Medrash was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Her scarlet crest is unkempt and raggedy. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nala does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Engraver who has hired her part-time. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Sailor mother left her crippled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sailor. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
