History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Margery never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
