History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tod was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Tod was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tod's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Tod and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Bella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Bella was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Edge hails from a village terrorized by drow. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ovina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ovina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
