History: He was born in the east. His first spouse was a Spy, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a crown-heir and was forced into it by his family
