Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Millicent lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a mortician and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Gifted from a young age, Alston studied abroad. Through the years after Alston was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alston's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: An older woman who wears skinny pants and wears a green and black robe with the hood down, she is not a threatening figure. She has no hair. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker green hat.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
