Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Fargas hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Fargas began to lead the lost caravan. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A true patriot, Mardred would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Mardred and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
