Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Verna isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Verna learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Sellsword, but she got bored and became a Armorer. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This man wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Being a Blacksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Bolg lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
