Personality: She is fixated on the number 9. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Cecily enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
