His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Farideh learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Baker.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a shepherd again

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Naivara will drive conversation. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Naivara was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and wants her loneliness to end
