Description: A 3'6" northern man, he prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Fletcher. Kellen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. His first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This man prefers to wear flannel. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. He tends to his Barrister job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears just a green suit. His blue crest is singed and shortened. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dilettante and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: She is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Synthrin was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and wants to work out more often
